Click here for our Facebook page. All of our beef cattle are on a forage based diet of grass and hay. Depending on the year and conditions, young-stock and lactating cows might receive a small grain supplement in winter when temperatures drop very low, but are not fed anything other than pasture forage and hay at least 6 months prior to processing. We currently sell our beef by the whole, half or quarter, and just added smaller mixed boxes to our options! Our next batch of beef will be processed in September.
