animals can be purchased prior to processing by appointment
only. We offer custom slaughter services and will gladly butcher
and process your animal. Only local checks (Robertson County)
accepted unless all services are paid for in advance. USDA
inspected slaughter, butchering and processing facility. Live
animals on site to purchase for processing or you can provide
your own. While some processing is seasonal we butcher deer,
pork, poultry, goat, sheep, ostrich, emu and more. Please call
or email for more info. We do not sell retail packaged meat and
our meat is not for resale. We butcher your animal and wrap it
in a commercial grade freezer paper with a "shelf life" of 6
months to 1 year, depending on the animal. Hogs and goats can be
bought on shares if you do not want a whole animal.
